Hello all, I did this old man as an exercise to learn mudbox and character modeling. This is my first human head and one of my first mudbox models. There are a ton of amazing artists on this forum and I look forward to hearing any comments or critiques to make my work better.

And welcome to polycount, looking foward to see more stuff from you
it's very nice and much more subtle than what I usully see...
I like it a lot .. no real crits from me. I just wanna see more Will you texture it later?
Pretty cool work. I'd probably try and push more depth into the mid-resolution details (some of the larger wrinkles could do with more definition for example), because at the moment it seems that only the large structures, and the tiny wrinkles and pores have the most definition.
Keep it up!

Great work, welcome.
otherwise its a nice sculpt especially as a first. what did you do before?
@monkeyboy_garth - I've been doing environment art, mainly props and whatnot
@kakikukeko - I might texture it later, but i did this mainly as a practice to learn digital sculpting.
@Mop - Good call on the head MoP, and thanks for the crits. I'll add some more depth and variation on my next sculpting pass. I'd like to see your version of this head if you still have it. I've been lovin your work lately.
@tremulant - thx!
@Vig - thx!
@Daz - I was hoping you would respond. I'm a big fan of your character work. Eventually i would like to learn how to model hair, but for now i may leave him bald and use your ref. Thanks!
@Sa74n - Thanks for the crits. I'll adjust the ears in my next pass. I'm currently doing environment props.
