Wouldn't it be great if during crunch the exec's and managers were required not to cut there finger nails. I wonder how long and how often they would decide to crunch then.

What are some things you'd like to have happen on your next crunch?

hmmm crunching right now at work,freelancers fubared up a project and theres 3 of us here working most of the day/night to rectify the probs.....but its not all bad.

One of the managers is still here and he's bought us pizza and beer and theres sofa beds here so if I can't be arsed to go home ill just crash here as well.

I would like a matress under my desk so I can just curl up under there to save me the hassle of going home then back to work only a few hours later.
Funnily enough, I actually enjoyed our last crunch. Free food, late nights filled with crazy conversations, pulling pranks, guitar hero sessions while waiting for light bakes.
