I'm still messing round with this, but I think possibly I'm having some type of conflict with the Last FM player and the wacom drivers.
I updated the LastFM player today and when I rebooted I got the "Wacom drivers failed, reinstall" bit. Last time this happened, when I tried to uninstall the wacom drivers to reinstall, it showed the LastFM icon in the toolbar. Even then, when I rebooted, it still showed that message. It wasn't until until I went into safe mode and deleted all wacom references in the registry and then installed the wacom driver that it worked.
So those of you with a Wacom and the lastfm player, have you noticed anything weird?

LastFM still functions normally when you start your media player even without this. I think that helper is just a cache program to make it load faster.
FWIW..
