Anyone got any tips with non-organic space ship sculpting in zbrush??
I'd like to sculpt this up some but not sure where to start. I can import it and not smooth it out, or divide it twice with no smooth then smooth it on the third divide.. but not sure what really tools to use to keep it space shiplooking and not organic. Thanks for any advice..
You're probably going to end up just getting frustrated if you try to take it the whole way in zbrush. if you are going to take it into zbrush keep it all quads and it'll behave nicely in there. However you should probably just use zbrush as an initial sketch to build your highpoly pieces around (in max/maya) so that you get nice sharp defined shapes.
