I asked alot of people about this problem , they just don't know.
When I smooth the vertex in the center is starting to shift the other way?.
It should flow with the vertices.

reset xform, weld vertices apply a new meshsmooth
if its still there delete the face and reconstruct them

Unwelded vert? Some weird geo connected to the back of that vert?

I did xform reset , flip normals , welding , forgot to mention.
I fixed it already thanks


It was a double face , I couldn't see it , the sunlight was harrassing my monitor.

"STL check" modifier can be useful finding meshbugs (dont forget to actually check the "Check"-checkbox in it)
