Did you design the soldier? Because the "face" looks kind of flat or hmm hard to explain. Definitly not up the the standard of the rest.
I especially like the upper backside of it, but I would move the middle ("the spine") backwards a bit (just a bit!), because right now it gives of the impression of not leaving the body inside enough room.
damn aniceto. damn
Sexy Sub-D work
also i love your bulky guy, glad that you finished him!
JKMakowka: I did designed the futuristic diaper man. Thanks for the critique! The flat face was a nagging point and it took a bit of convincing on my part to leave it in. I felt it added a little "goofy-ness" to the character, along with it's sad beady eyes, which I liked(matter of taste..?).
The gear was modelled over a human base, so it does fit, but I agree it appears as though it wouldn't. I opted not to fiddle with it as he wont be on screen for more than 4-5 seconds
excuses..
Fuse: Thanks. Working stuff out in zbrush helps
Richard Kain: ornatrix plugin, dude! The hair took me a couple of days actually.

RazorBladder: I'll let my friend know thanks
conte: thanks dude, I don't think I posted the final version here.

hair and stuff will be added later with ornatrix
culturedbum: he got ditched I was hoping to add spiffy stylized clothes and a beat up mini for him to drive around in.
thems the breaks.
Modelling for this guy is finished, wish I had more time
I winged(wang?) the feet and shins. I'm not the most articulate concept artist, so I find it easier if I work some things out in 3D.
a little more info about the project: we're working on an in-house demo reel. All the stuff above, except for the caricature, are part of a 30 second battle scene with the skinny bald dude as our protagonist and diaper man being the antagonist(in a squad of 6 or so)
If the mech is even in the sequence it'll probably be buried in the ground somewhere.

Post more.
where you working at ?
Is there some kind of trick to getting the ribbing on the arms to follow the forms of the muscle? Or is it just meticulous cutting and positioning?
My favorite though is the caricature, probably because he stands out from all the next-gen cueballs populating the boards. Hair makes such a difference.
