i started working on this model which i may put into unreal tournament. Im having a little trouble on the arms, have any idea whats wrong with them? Also id like some generals crits on the whole thing. thanks alot.

as for the arms, it looks like you might be trying to focus too much on the wrong things, i'd take a look over at the "street fighting man" thread, he got some good arms =]
Smooth out the flow you have on your edge loops.Right now you've only got them going in the general direction of the muscles groups; take some time to really hammer down where those lines should be going before moving on.
if you flesh the concept out a bit more...it will help you in the long run. otherwise, you will be forced to make decisions and "see if it looks ok or not". and that can cause lots of wasted time.
Ever model a people before? Having a base human to model the spaceman suits around will help you here as it's easy to tell the dude underneigth is having some problems. Also, all those crazy armor bits will fall into place better going over natural human anatomy.

Something should be done with the transision between his neck and that armor of his.
