Looking good, but at the rate your using your polys you won't be able to get the red and yellow pattern on his pants and hat. The hair on his body will be lost in the vertex painting or the hair would use up all the polys.
Thanks for the heads up allyx! I haven't worked with vertex colours yet, so thanks. But at the moment the polycount is only at 1950 , including the boots, and I haven't really optimised the mesh yet, so I don't think I'll have any problems.
I like the look of this model, I can never get my edge loops to look that clean. The body reminds me of Nacho Libre for some reason...Anyways, Good luck...
