Hey guys, well as it seems more and more of us are having to use Maya at work why don't we go ahead and post handy scripts and Plugins we have found.
The tool that made Maya open up for me is called NEX. It's not a free plug in, but if you are making the Max to Maya Transition, it's a life saver.
