Only download top rated levels, there are people that enjoy slogging through all the crap and rating them. I know I used to only download the top rated maps for quake Team Fortress back in the day.
My guess is you'll start seeing levels that surpass Media Molecule's work, the "how the hell did they do that" kind of stuff. I remember all the user created content for Quake, especially a little game called Team Fortress.
