@McGreed: lawsuits are also tried by a jury, but unlike a criminal case where the jury has t agree as a whole, jurors in civil suits each get their own vote. I really doubt you'll find 7 out of 12 people who would agree with that. If she has the money for a lawyer that could pull this case off, WTF does she need child support for?
