IMO u should use some brughter brush to add details, and ... give him legs I mean, if its a Shadow shadow, maybe good thing will be out of legs, little levitating.

nice concept ... i will add some intensity variations for some of the elements on the shadow so that they can read better ...it's cool that all his clothes/armor are black ... he can hide better and go unseen ... but you might add some variations though ..in the diffuse or specular textures...
Yeah the render is a bit dark. It's looking good though, it will be interesting to see what you do with the cloth when you do the low poly.

Yea i know that current topology will cause problems but t just for modeling. For the final stage i'll change it a bit when fitting lp cage mesh to bake it out correctly
Nice one, finally a model that actually fits the brief. Lovely work with the cloth, very much looking forward to seeing you translate this to the low poly mesh.

New legs done. I'll add only few new parts to his armour and hairs but model is nearly completed. However textures and cage mesh are under way now. C&C are welcome
It's looking great. But I am always concerned when I see models that have those floating belts/wraps. It's going to be hard to rig, isn't it?
I like the concept though.

Really nice work so far. I think some of the details you put into the face are too small to be read well from average viewing distance. Try making them a bit chunkier. I love the unevenness of his headband strings, and you did a good job with the hair feeling whispy. Definitely try to finish it in the near future, it will make a good portfolio piece.
