well, if that isn't an evil little frog? let's see some thumbnails or some basic exploration--hell, a paragraph or two rambling about some ideas or visualizations you've been having of your character. since i know you stay up late at night and have visions of him/her/it, just before falling asleep.... snap to it!
hey man, I wasted a bunch of time humming and hawing last time about colours, dont worry about it too much now. The final colours I went with werent the ones I picked on the colour picking sheet.. my advice is to hammer the design some more
the second of the 4 has something poking out her arm which I think is a good idea to highlight the mutated strength.. maybe play with some other ways to incorporate a strength-juice tube of some kind?
a suggestion for cat paw look: have the nail come from more towards the center of the toe rather than the top, also make them thinner, and the feet could be shortened to look more consistent with cat paws. the elongated feet and thick nails make it look like an alligator foot rather than feline. hopefully that helps a little (after all I'm no cat expert)
I really adore that tail you put on her. I would however like to se more likeness between her tail and her "alien-hand". Like Evil claws to tear things apart with. You got some good stuff going with that armor aswell

I cant put claws on her hand because her strong hand is mainly for crushing and punching enemy heads . But i made some slightly spikey bones on the hand.
I made some small changes on the head to get a more feminine look.
Im not sure about the anatomy, some help with that would be nice.
I like the armor you put on her. i'm a succa for those spinal metal thingies ^_^
I would like to reflect on her feet though. they seem somewhat big and unbalancing. As in she might fall backwards. I totally dig her arm though I'd like to see the same muscle-ness on the legs aswell.

I like the armor, just curious how you are gonna tie it and the nude figure all together.
careful about greebling up the armor too much; though if you're going to go with such a detail-heavy looking tech aesthetic, you're going to want to keep the final texture fairly clean and straightforward so all the greebly stuff doesn't get lost completely. rockstar's general corum from last year is a prime example of strong detailing that still reads exceedingly well....
i'll let the others keep you in check with the modeling stuff, but what you've got is looking strong. just try and keep her more dynamically shaped/posed throughout the process--you think you can get some of that stuff at the end, when you pose her, only to discover it's too late. take a look at MoP's model, and Spark's model to see how a strong pose even while modeling can help sell a character properly.
character is coming out rather nice, but that position you have looks like a dog taking a piss haha, but for real your armor is coming out nicely detailed and I hope to see more updates soon!
The thing on the arm is a control/media/radar/info... hightech computer and on the bottom is a munition
container for quick reloading. But the special thing on it are the big buttons for big fingers.
The backpack on her back carrys some plasma grenades.

I know that the muscle arm is very blocky, but i cant really define whats wrong about the muscle structure.
The funny Pose is only for easy modeling the armour. I thought and tested alot about the functionality of the armour and i think it will logicaly work, but a good funtioning rigging for a game is another case. I think i have to find it out when i make the low poly shape and the rigging.

She just need to put her hand under the backpack and a grenade will automaticly fall in her hand...its the future! I think i will make a small glowing sensor at it to make it a bit seeable.

I will make the fine details of the hair with z-brush or maybe mudbox. Its my goal to get good looking hair without a alpha map.
I decided to start the low poly, before all of the high is done, to test some stuff.
I made quick normal map test with only some parts of the cage changed:
I allready encountered some errors on it that i dont understand. I made some changes to the cage but it just dont work?
I also found out that i need a lot more polys for a good working rig and i allready have 870 polys. Seems it will be very hard to make it in time.
Im at 6131 tris and i didnt made the tail. It seems i have to delete some parts of the armour because i want to be able to make the tail.
Any suggestions would be nice. LowHighPic
You should be able to get rid of a lot of polys on the back and on the hands, bare this in mind, if it doesn't help the silouette then you can usually get rid of it. Normal maps work best on flat surfaces anyway.

Still not sure about the armour but i will make the cat paws...fits better to an shadow than the elephant foot
In terms of armour I liking the second sheet no.4 It has a nice flowing look. More organic than the others.
Im satisfied with the most parts of the concept and i will make a clean detailed sketch tomorrow.
If you got some crits...i need it now!
