i like how one of the selling points, is the fact that Robin spies on Batman when he's getting his game on.

This was one of my favourite movies as a kid. I've probably seen that movie 10 times straight through.

    Shark spray!

    I love the 1960s Batman.

I own a bootleg collection of the entire series. I went through it all a couple months ago at work.

    The movie is sheer brilliance.

"The shark was pulling my leg... The Joker!"
"The ship was lost at sea... sea... C for Catwoman!"

We tend to place that series as an alternate timeline where Bruce Wayne is a crazy brother of the mayer. He believes he's a superhero called 'Batman'. The mayor pays the police to go along with his plans and make it seem like he's the one figuring out all the zany puzzles and riddles. After Batman and Robin run out to stop the villan, Commisioner Gordon is on the phone, calling up whoever Batman figured is the villan of the week.

Batman - "The villan is EGGHEAD! Come Robin! To the batcave!"
Commissioner Gordon - " -___-;; Cheif O'Hara... do we have any egg-themed outfits? We need to see who's free this weekend to play this new villian."
Cheif O'Hara - "No sir, but I'll get on the phone and find one immediatly..."

Yes the Bat Repellent Shark Spray for the win. I like how Batman has to use a 70's mic to talk to the audiance about his upcoming motion picture feature film.
