Here's a little script that lets you interface with Biped's TCB controllers with familar words like "Linear" "Slow" "Fast" and "Smooth."

I know you can switch Bipeds controllers from Quaternion to Euler, but I've found that to be a little buggy at times. Anyway give it a try.

Drag the script into the viewport (or run the script one time), and then look in the monsterBlues category for Biped TCB Tool.

And tell your friends.

I used my discretion for the Ease and TCB values for the in-out settings. If the In and Out settings match the values are pretty easy, but when you mix them they are a little more tricky. If you think different settings produce better results, just let me know and I can update it.

I've just been using it to quickly block in some stuff so the values are fine for me. I tend to leave most things on smooth anyway, but this is perfect for quickly planting feet and hands.

I just got a bug that it doesn't work on the COM Root node. I'll fix it and upload it soon.

Updated, to work on the COM object, and I tweaked some TCB values.

I think I found a bug for you.

Keys at the end and beginning of the time frame don't seem to want to change. Adding an extra frame to the end and beginning seems to fix it though. Something to look at maybe.

COM changes work now though.
