Does anyone have a link to the UV texture we came up with here a few years back to use when looking for UV stretching while unwrapping? I think it was the one with the circles, etc.
do you guys really use (and like) such colorful, contrasty maps? i tend to use a low contrast image that enables me to clearly see my uv's in the editor window rather than distracting my eye...

Or theres a higher res version, along with a couple of other UV textures in a zipfile here:

...And in Max you can enable/disable dimming of the texture in the uv editor.
Color, letters, circles, and it even lets me check pixel density because it has a faint per-pixel checker.
