quake 3 models animations...

hi,

I would like to add a few animations to quake3's original models, and so far i can't really say that i was sucessfull...

I searched a lot on google, experimented a few things and so far my status is:

-Im able to load md3 meshes & mesh animations,
-I can reexport those md3,
-I created a character and loaded the bip files from paul steed...

however my problem is:
-when i select my imported q3 model with all the tags & parts (legs, torso, head + tags), and insert a character with the bip files, it doesn't work as expected..

it looks like the head is attached to the skeleton corectly, and the torso sometimes too (not every frame :/) but the legs aren't.


If anybody was kind enought to explain to me what i have to do (or give me a link) to be able to edit those damn animations, i would really apreciate it.

PS: i tried to search in the forums, but the search function is really inefficient (cant search more than 1 year old, timer preventing me to search for a few minutes, etc...)
