I hope semifinals brings some awesome games. Germany vs Brazil i hope is a fun game, and i hope Argentina beats the Netherlands. I am still pretty upset about Robben and his diving game. I saw a lot of it during the CRC vs Netherlands match.
I heard there'll be riots of brazil loses. I wonder if that'll happen.
well ...a Brazilian friend told me there were riots before the thing even started .. people got upset because the gov is spending millions to host the world cup when they need the money for other stuff like education , health and so on ...
and now .... that humiliation ... i guess its not gonna be pretty
Brasil shouldn't have gone past the group stage, let's face it. Hoping for an Argentina vs. Germany final - Germany might not cope with the Argentinian style. As long s Robben doesn't dive all over the place and cheat like the admitter he is.
@glottis8- Yup no riots, those buses were unused buses in a dump where they store them. Normally robbers would do this to buses with people in them, after robbing them. It's still be investigated, putting "World Cup" in the headline makes it sensational.
If anything this may be continued protest from the bus fair incident from last year.
So far what I hear from my family in Brasil is that they're just sad. Also it looks like most Brasilians are rooting for Germany now.

I have never cheered for Argenting and yesterday was the first time i cheered them on with a fire! tho the game was horribly boring. Still... i wished Robben had at least a few yellow cards.. teh FIFA really needs to step up their game with Refs. So far the worst thing about the world cup. What goes around comes around tho. So happy Robben is out.
Tbh tho... i don't think the Netherlands, nor Argentina have a chance against Germany. I do hope its a great final tho, and that maybe the cup stays on this side of the world.

Not only less intense, also looong games. Out of the games I've watched past the group stage, only one hasn't gone into extra time.
