Well i wanna make my first normal map (woohoO!) So i have my model all done and uvwmapped, so i figured its time to export to zbrush, after i was done with my ultra high-poly sucky model i was wondering how to export the normal maps (i tried checking the zbrush tuts) so after a while i got desperate and exported it back to max (ye ye it lagged)
neways i tried to put on the unwrap uvw and there it shows how all the uvws have been resetted -_-'
Can anyone please help me? or maybe point me a tut wich shows how to do it properly, i checked out Poop's tut but that showed how to create one in Zbrush ratehr than from max 2 zbrush and back.
Oh yeah and, Can anyone explain me the clear difference between a normal map and a bump map? I get confused by those =/

I would always prefer to make my normal map in Zbrush before I try to import a high poly OBJ into Max.
ill try to generate one in max first, if that fails ill try Zmapper, Zbrsh is confusing as it is
