The skin is probably weird and flat at best probably since i'm directly using the same colors as the original sprites.
She's going in ut2k4/nexuiz/half-life/quake4 (if it normal maps properly)

That's only because my first one really sucked because it was my first female ever, and i didn't even use the official reference sketch, just some namco x capcom one

One thing I know she lacks is the visible spinal arch, probably already obscured by the large weapon arms
That's a lot of polies for Quake 4, you should go for 1500 at max and let the normalmap handle the rest if you're trying to go for game specs (yes I know my models have more than that).

1500? You know that the player model contains around 2,000 polies (With more not counted going towards colision models).
Those extra 500 go a long way, and thats to meet the same polycount as the dull Quake 4 models.
cheapy, the upper torso seems to be slightly pointing downwards I think, maybe rotate that a bit to give her a better stance ?
but yah 3k may be a bit too much especially on online games. 2000/2500 are the polycounts I have for the idgirl and spaceman, otherwise, it looks cool cheapy, keep it up planning on normalmapping that or just adding some cellshade ? (if there's one)

i really dig this cheap, i dont know the original design... but i love the quality of shades and colors you achieved. The ribbons on her back are especially nice. I dig the face too, simplistic, but effective.
Maybe youcould go with some extra detail on her, so it isnt just solid colors.
Whatever the case, its not a gargoyle, and its good! you've really come a long way.
