his drool is a little intense... looks like he was gargling with uv-reactive paint while standing under a black-light. Take a look at Mansir's for an excellent rendition of drool
Damnit, they're not horns. Now Im gonna have to go back and work on the WATER HOSES! Yes thats right they're water hoses connected to his head pumping yummy hydration into his body. But yeah someone should turn off the hose, hes beginning to overflow.

Very WIP, too dark, no highlights, few color variation and none detail... it sucks!
enix, i think you're going a little overboard with the deltoids; in its sharpness. You could keep the same values, just flip the hard edge around - there should be a shadow on the underside of the delt, not on the upper edge of the biceps. by doing that, it should appear more natural, and not as forced. As it stands, it feels like a shirt as opposed to its body.
keep it subtle, like what you did with the mouth and back. could probably sharpen up some of the details on his back by spotting in the base green where the muscle meets flesh.
i kinda liked the eyes better when they were green.... maybe try a baby blue?
maybe some red-orange crackly detail on his horns too....
