they give away too much in the preview but it looks sooooo gooood. any thoughts or anyone who was lucky enough to see one of the preview screenings?

Just read a review of someone who saw a preview screening on IMDB, they seemed to be very impressed. Although I still can't find a fartin release date.

Seems to borrow some concepts from fight club and other movies perhaps, but it does look like a fun watch.

It's not as if Fight Club is the most original story. In fact, dissociative identity disorder is a bit of a literary/film cliche (not criticizing Fight Club, just saying). Besides, this movie doesn't seem to be about someone with multiple personalities, it looks more like a guy with paranoid delusions. Anyway, looks like it might be good, I'd definitely like to see it.

I don't even like Fight Club and I didn't claim it to be original. Paranoid delusions is exactly the phrase I had in my head when making the post, so fight club was perhaps a poor point of comparison. I could think of a better one If less tired. I just got a distinct sense of deja vu from watching it. Not much is original these days, but like I said, it still looks like a fun watch.

I think the main difference between this and fight club is that they're not trying to make it a surprise plot twist. We know hes fucked up. They pretty much told us in the preview.
