My new gig is letting me order the Intuos of my choosing. Since I normally use a 6x8 and have dual monitors, I was wondering if anyone has or has used the 6x11's?

Seems like a logical choice. Anyone know of any snags with it if any?

I've been using mine for a couple of weeks now and I love it. I use it on my laptop which has a 1650x1050 resolution. The tablet has a wider area than my LCD, but I still map it on a 1 to 1 ratio. I like the extra horizontal "control" I get with having more drawing space. Kinda hard to explain I guess but hopefully you get the idea. Was using a 6x8 before as well; you'll defintely notice the difference.

I would suggest that a wiser investment for your company would be to get the A4 intuos3. I have one and can say it is one of the finest bits of input hardware I have ever used. You can crop off an area of it that it equal to the pysical size of a widescreen wacom, but also limit it to one of your screens for ulta high rez input.

I personally use a widescreen laptop, and the widescreen wacom was released a few weeks after I bought the A4. Somewhat miffed, because that really is the perfect soloution for me, and after contacting wacom, it seems that I can't trade it in because I threw away the box.
