qubism and
i collabed on a painting tonight. we traded off the psd creating a new layer for every new round. at times we worked at the same time which made for some intersting results. shotgun jumped in at one point but took it to a direction that was exaughsting to look at, he can share that if he would like. it has been very challenging and really enjoyable working in this fasion. it is a true test of creativity and patience. it has been a pleasure working with such a cool guy
so at last, here they are. it began with qube suggesting our composition be that of a yin-yang, and so i started us off:

this is a really cool thing
ye now seeing all the process u've done i can see i was waaay off track. o well.
all kidding aside it's a lot of fun to see the give and take in evidence... frankly it's this kind of thing that i find so rewarding about working in a production environment as a concept artist: i get to see ideas get bounced off different people, changing shape depending on who it hits.
now in this case the development seems more lateral, since you keep going down divergent paths... but still very cool to look at. thanks for sharin'.
actually no, this is cool
the idea still is a ying yang and wed need to keep the yalues where they are supposed to be so no too strong lights. if thered be something very reflective i could imagin the cigar to cast some highlights but atm i dunno see anything but right its wip so we will see how it turns out.
kill is occupied with some other shit for the next cuople of days he told me so u guy will have to wait i guess :P

I'm pretty sure the Ying-Yang symbol has a dot in the center of each mass?
the dude in the foreground could use some work, but he looks like the one thing that was battled over
