For years my team has been working on
www.projectraven.com. We have been developing it in the Torque game engine but now we are thinking of going with quake III.
We have a bunch of models and maps finished and animated. I'm hoping to export them into Quake III but I'm not sure how to do it or if it's even possible. I've checked some tutorials but havent found much useful information. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know.
Thank you for your time

check this site out. They even fixed the MD4 support in Quake3 already, which means it supports bones now.
Models should not be a big problem, but maps are, since Quake3 uses a BSP style mapping system (not sure what Torque uses, but I think it is really a lot different).
Also, large outdoor areas are a bit problematic with Q3, but it doesn't look like your project depends on that.
