absolutely friggucking marvellous. Probably the perfect family film, one i really wish i had a couple of kids to take to. As it is, i simply had someone who could only behave like a kid afterwards.
I really hope this one gets recognised, for the quality of the film itself and also the lunatically hard work it requires to make something like this. As a technical achievement, it pisses on pretty much everything. And consider that Nick Park has won every Oscar he's been up for ... well, almost : he was only denied one for A Grand Day Out by winning one for Creature Comforts instead. Will be interesting to see ...
