Arm anatomy help

I'm doing a skin with very big arm muscles.
Im getting very confused with how the male arm atatomy.
I've got a desaturated example of my base here:

If you have a good reference of something like this or a paintover please give them...arm anatomy is my weakness in all forms of cg art.
