cool!! and since i own 1.5 this is a free upgrade!!! its cool someone finally implemented 3d paint in the max interface.. who would of thought it would a modeling plugin?? i have bodypaint and really all i use in it is the brush and clone tool so this has it all wraped up for me.. cant wait to play with it!!
Holy crap, I'd never even heard of this! Polydraw looks ideal for building low-poly meshes around an existing high-poly thing... so many cool features... damn!
Yeah, the UV tweak thing almost made me piss my pants. It's such a simple little thing, but immensely useful. It's one of those "why didn't someone come up with this earlier?" type things (maybe someone did, but this is the first time I've seen something like this). That UV tweak tool plus the "pelt mapping" tool in Max8 almost make me excited about UV mapping.
anyone here own it? i'd like to hear about the licensing scheme. as a freelancer, i'm working on site on occassion and that would require that there's no nodelocked license or some other machine based stupidity going on.
The main problem of this tool for me is that it is a script. So Its not really intergrated into a modifier or something and work a bit "off". I want to test it more before judging but that the first thing I realized and annoyed me a bit. Besides that, it was superfast and cool so far A lot of toys to play with
Wow, that shit seams to be too good to be true. I was waiting for the cheezy, "and this all could be yours for 3 easy payments of..." I had to watch the video twice. I am definatley going to suggest we use this here at Mad Doc.

It's worth it just for the UV tweak tool, the other stuff is just icing on the cake.
Its a bit strange to learn at first, but once you get in the flow it's like God Mode for Max.
