Termite Character [Art Test for TV Ad]

Hey guys,
Here's the story:
I have been modelling cars for the last year and this is my first character since about then. I had a meeting yesterday at this local company and they showed me a little clay model of this guy. They have asked to see some recent character work, of which I have none. So I thought it would be cool to model him from memory and kind of suprise them
He is supposed to be very simple and stylised. I would really appreciate some feedback before I send him off. ( Deformation is not an issue at this point, I just made this to prove I can model characters)
Time: 3-4 Hours
