i agree,
the first is more interesting than a "chick with bunny helmet" which ive prob seen a 1000 times already
why not make it a really sick rabbit.. no human features. less commercial but more original, i suppose
either way,
how can you make a rabbit and not put clocks?
must have clocks!
hehe Fred again in competiton, that's cool, i didn't know you were participating.
Like always you do great concepts. I will take a look at your competitors over Cgchat!
Damn thos drawings are actually quite sick yeh the second set of sketches are most like i do..heh...yeh they add a certain edge to the character it kinda personalises the character instead of the first one it just looks like a plain bunny with some weps easily forgettable
while the second one kinda makes the bunny look more human thats what gives her the edge it kinda helps the viewer maybe identify the charcter more because of that human trait i don't know i can't really artciulate my point properly but i think the second one is better big thumbs up.
Although I think it's a matter of opinion, I think the first sketch had a better face while the second one looked prettier. I dunno, just another choice of a buny chick or a furry. Hard choice if you ask me, odd or universly hated. I'd go with the first face with perhaps the personality of the second. besides, you're creative enough, you can give a bunny human characteristics without making it look..... wierd.
Great work, man, can't wait to see what you do with it.
Lookes awesome. Though I would agree the first head looks way cooler. It also ties the large feet and furr together much more. Now it looks like a woman wearing a bunny suit.
grrrr, ok ok, I made a rabbit head hehe Thanks for the honest feed back (even if I hate you all now:p)
Here's the base model along with the armored version. I will finish tweeking it once I start on the textures. I think I might try some normal mapping for a few areas. She is at 3800 polies thus far. I will try to reduce her a bit so I can make her very furry in the end.
Rorshach --> Professionally? I was an Assitant Modeler at EA, but now I am in Shanghai China, looking for work:)
KDR_11k --> I did not think I would need to go back in and change my concept sheet, but, you are right, I probably missed one of the most important items!!:( How could I forget... the Lucky Rabbbit foot!! I should probably put my head down in shame heheh
Crash --> Unfortunately, I never learned Swedish or German. I only know French, English, and a bit of Mandarin. I hope what you said was nice:)
Everyone Else --> Yes, Rabbit head is in! Actually, I tried both versions and I have to agree, the rabbit head keeps her looking more natural. If I had the more human face, the rabbit feeling was far less. Thanks!
Looking awesome Fred. I like how you always have so many interesting bits going on. Your models are rarely water tight meshes, they always have nice dangly bits and overlapping details. I give it the thumbs up! Now get to texturing!
ahh the knockkneed thing was the legs:knees slightly go inward as he standing in prone position and in your orginal model sheet, which will mess up your model if you ever rig it, you just need to strighten the alighnment of the knees to alighn with thighs/hips a little and thats it hope that helps,

You working on anything, professionally?
You're profile doesn't give much away.
r.
but very nice concept
my one crit would be that the head seems a little too small. (hehe scarf of head hiding )

Nice model - the wabbitty style's very consistent, and I agree that the wabbit head fits better..
"Be VeWy vewy quiet. I'm huntin' Wabbits!"
(Sorry 'bout that, had the vw's reversed, And yes, it's Elmer Fudd. >.< )
Looks awesome!
Fred, this is turning out great! I really really like what you did with her loincloth in the high-poly version. Nice folds!
anyway, really nice looking. I love the detail, and those shoes should be the next nike-style. I can't wait to see it textured.
