Interesting enough, I think this is the case where a UFO was seen over the building by many Russian people at the exact moment when the computer when nuts. It hovered and then flew off. Afterwhich, the computers acted normally.

I saw that on the history channel.

Ha so the Aliens which gentically enhanced monkeys so that they could have a sentient species to study were not ready for us to destroy ourselves . Being that they have infinate technological advancement they were able to go back in time after seeing what we had did to ourselves and simply wigged out the computer for a few minutes and diverted www 3 ...thank you little grey men !
