I have just updated my website and wanted to post it here to get comments and critiques. Any advice is much appreciated. I am currently looking for work as a 3D environment artist.

Thanks!

Wow, nice and clean. I see a few problems I have with it.

I’m running 1280x1024 and your main bar doesn’t go completely across the screen. Set a table that expands with the screen and create a repeating background texture that should repeat the pattern of the main bar.

You only have one piece in your 2d Gallery. Maybe provide some sketches, storyboards, and scenes. Maybe some painted works to demonstrate some environment conception.

Don’t use html code for personal information, use a image of your phone number and e-mail. This will stop those bots that scan your webpage for this stuff. Then create some JavaScript that will encrypt it if you know how to do it.

At the bottom of your pages you should place in your copyright information. This would repeat your name, it maybe subtle but effective. In the 3d gallery, on the in game shoots get the game’s name and copyright information on the image.

As for your resume, there are so many schools of organizing it. But I’m confused on the overlapping dates. Are those typos or where you working two jobs (freelancing), you might want to present that in a different way?

The only thing I can think is to go to MLA. Try link number 9 below. You might find a little help on how to organize conflicting dates so not to confuse anyone.
