It all hits at once

Last friday my voice disapeared, this was on top of having what I thought was a crappy cold. it turns out I have layngitis, bronchitis, and a sinus infection. now it's the weekend and not only do I have my children but I have thier half brother too. All these kids and no energy, no voice, and my GF is still in kuwait.I guess this is the weekend to be overwhelmed. I know things will get better but I had to rant somewhere, anyway I can't talk to anyone in RL. Still no voice.

Thanks for the concern Adam. She seems to have stopped now.She's homeless again so she has other things on her mind.
