This is hardly a 2d or 3d discussion, but since i just got one while trying out maya ple, i figured i could bother you people with it, heh.
I've been getting these weird errors for a while now, where my computer'll boot up, and when i log in (multiple users on this one computer, using win xp) i get an error for zonealarm (zlclient.exe i think) that reads much like the one i just got for quicktime:
(this is roughly translated from dutch) "There is no disk in the station. Place a suitable medium in station \device\Harddisk1\DR16"
With zonealarm i can just click cancel or continue, and it'll shut up about it, but with quicktime (i clicked one of the learning movies in Maya ple 6) it keeps asking, and it's a different harddisk# or DR# every time.
The last time this happened, i checked to see which drive it was referring to, and in that case it was one of the compact flash or smartmedia (etc..) readers on the front of my computer, which i've never even used.
I googled for it multiple times, but it always came up with results that had no relevance to my problems.
Can anyone help me with this?

If my screen starts flickering, i don't just turn it off either, so i'm hoping to fix this another way
I hadn't opened any media from my card readers, I think Windows gets confused with memory card devices and tries looking at them whenever it can't find a file.
