His head is way to small compared to the body. and the texture is very blank.

yeah sure for the head i noticed it but was too late but for the armor i'm beginning in texture drawing so but i'm going (i hope) to improve myself

The head may be small, but take a second look at it.

I very much like the head the way it is He has a very freaky nature to him which in my opinion is why i like him.

Proportions that are exageratied is a very fun thing to look at, but mostly when they are unintentional like yours. Sometimes a good idea can come from someone who does it unintentionaly. The key is, to discover these things and make them happen on purpose.
