need a little help..

trying to get a stupid and simple character inro quake 3 arena.

basically, it's just a modified version of "doom" with a custom head shaped as a strawberry and custom skins and sounds.. nothing new..

k heres the problem: when I get this model in to quake 3, he doesn't show up in the player selection but he does in the bot selection area. and when he is in game, his custom head model shows up tottaly unskinned even when I followed the directions.. thats another problem I ran across.

the two things i need to get solved:
* trying to get this custom player to show up in quake3 player selection along with red and blue skins.
* getting the custom head model to show up in the game and skinned correctly..

i think there is a .ms3d file included in the zip file to find out what i'm talking about.

so i wonder if anyone can help me here and find out what i am doing wrong here just because i spend up to 2am trying to figure out this and tottaly gave up on it..
