Hello! I'm exploring the process of creating a game from the ground up.
My goal is to develop a puzzle game where the initial player enters a
room filled with playing cards. The player will need to engage with these
cards, selecting three to flip over.I was picturing the cards appearing closely as a UI, or possibly they do not, and one can see the cards laid out on the table. If they choose the correct cards, a
door will unlock and the player can go through. It's somewhat reminiscent of the puzzles in Resident
Evil, but I'm finding it challenging to know where to begin. Does anyone have any helpful tutorials to help me begin? Also, I still
need to figure out the level design, and I'm uncertain about how to
implement it. It's similar to creating a maze, but how do they determine
the character's path and destination?
