[Contract] Associate Technical Artist - Integrate tons of content and build tools for Venue project

Players are loving our latest wave of content and we want to keep the magic flowing ✨ That’s why we’re looking for new Associate Technical Artist to join our creative crew!

In this role, you’ll help bring thousands of meaningful designs to life for players all around the world, while also crafting smart tools and workflows that make our artists’ and content designers’ daily lives easier and more fun too! 🛋️

If you’re passionate about 3D, have a sharp eye for quality, and get excited about building impactful solutions with tools and scripts, this could be your perfect playground. Bonus points if you’ve already explored Blender, Unity, or Python, they’re at the heart of what we do.

We’re Superbloom Games, a small but mighty team building Venue, a cozy, creative lifestyle and interior design game made for players who love styling dreamy spaces. Our mission? Making games that feel stylish, soulful, and inspiring to women around the world 🌸🎮

Role: Full-time contractor, remote (US or Europe). Preference for availability during European business hours.

Responsibilities

• 🛠️ Implement assets into the Unity game engine using the existing pipeline
• 💬 Provide technical feedback and support to 3D artists
• 🔗 Act as a bridge between the Art, Content, and Engineering teams
• 🤔 Identify problems and bottlenecks in the pipeline, and proactively work to improve them by experimenting with tools and processes
• 💹 Stay up to date with industry trends and developments, particularly in the field of AI

Qualifications

• 💪 Strong interest in the technical art field, with a focus on asset creation, delivery, or content management pipelines for live games or applications
• 🧊 Understand basics of 3D art creation process
• 🖱️ Experience with 3D modeling software
• 🎮 Familiarity with or interest in working with Unity
• ⌨️ Familiarity with scripting languages, Python or C#
• ♥️ Passion for building fast, automated workflows that empower artists & content creators
