Not sure, straight from Substance, but any 3D program will have a straightforward way to export UVs as an image of whatever resolution. In Maya it's called UV Snapshot, but google should be able to tell you what it is in your program of choice.
Yes like Joopson said, you just overlay your Exported U.v.'s over the textures in say Krita or "photohop".
In max there is an option when exporting wireframe "u.v.'s" , you can take away the inner lines of the wireframes and keep the outter wireframes.
Do not have 3dsmax in front of me nor on this p.c. but its selection check boxes upon exporting the u.v.'s. in the tools options.
2 check boxes before the export button. might come back edit thread to show it better unless someone beats me to it. (spent 10mins trying to find an img and apparently no one ever uses any of those options...)
These. Uncheck that one, i use it for substance painter and stuff, i always put these two versions in the texturing apps one, so these two, red & green to switch between in the texturing compilations, while working on stuff, there is also bleed through dependent on the size of your maps, 512,1024, ect.ect. that matters.
the robot is full of shit in this instance I'm afraid (unless the feature has been added since 9.x) you can poop out various things if you just want an outline but wireframe isn't one of them.
if the update installs before the Dayz mods download I'll check in latest and post back here
