Project Title: Earthside Tactics
Hello!
I'm looking for a skilled and dependable game developer to take over and complete a turn-based strategy game. This project has already gone through a few development phases, including work by previous teams. Right now, I have:
A working project (built in Unity)
A rough GDD (Game Design Document)

The game is a sci-fi themed, turn-based tactics title. The foundation for map generation and encounter systems is already in place. The design is inspired by classic grid-based tactical games, with exploration, character abilities, and squad-based encounters.
I will provide:
Unity project
GDD
Reference materials and direction for the final product
Solid experience with Unity and C#
Proven experience building turn-based strategy or tactics systems
Ability to estimate project scope and offer feedback on the GDD
Clear communication and reliability
I'm looking for a fixed-price milestone-based arrangement (NOT hourly).
