Unreal Engine Plugins and Settings That are Unnecessary

Hey,
I want to learn unreal engine from zero. But all of these plugins and settings that are enabled as default confuses me. I would like to know what each of these plugins are responsible for. And i would like to learn the ones i need one by one.

I tried to turn off all of the plugins but it kinda removed more than i thought it would. Like some editor buttons.I need a list of addons that are absolutely necessary for Unreal Engine development as a beginner.

I want to take advantage of Unreals tools but currently it just confuses me. And removing some of the tools and settings were the first thing that came to my mind. If you have any other recommendation, than what i am doing, its welcome...

You could also use 4.27 instead of whatever is current. 5.x has numerous issues (from UX to performance) that makes the editor unnecessary unpleasant to use compared to the previous version.
