It takes me 12 months to sculpt things anyway, so I'll just do all the baking after the solar storm
if I'm going that long without internet I'm going to spend it failing to write a game from scratch
All my main apps would be downed, no data transfers to anyone, me doing 3d for myself? Ridiculous!
All my apps are perpetual, though, so no change, there.
3ds Max 2022, Zbrush 2022, 3d Coat, PS CS5, I guess the last Allegorithmic Substance Painter over Designer if I had to choose (which I wouldn't have to so I'll add BM Fusion). It probably doesn't really pay to be that stubborn, but at least I'd prevail in this hypothetical scenario.
2. Blender (can also be used as a note taking software, to write code and to watch videos)
3. Clip Studio Paint (or Procreate on iPad)
3. Unreal Engine (would also come with coding tools that would be useful)
5. Marmoset Toolbag
Not Substance Painter as I personally think having a proper baker like Marmoset is quite important and texturing can be done in both Marmoset and Blender or even Procreate for hand painted stuff.
Not Photoshop because many of it's compositing capabilities can be done in Blender and the rest would be covered by CSP/Procreate.
