Hi! What does the highpoly look like? I would ensure that it is shaded properly too.
The facetted appearance (assuming you mean this aspect) can also be a result of a mesh with lowpoly silhouette is remeshed at a high density. In that case it has to be reworked. A more non-destructive way would be sub-div modeling.
