3ds Max to Unity: Unexpected Transforms

Hi Allo,

I am having an issue with the transforms of my file in Unity. The developer expects a transform value of 0,0,0. Delivered File format is fbx.


Max Precision settings:

I changed the default decimal precision values within Max from 3 to 10, hoping to see the same values and then reduce them to 0. No luck! 

I have no idea why this is happening, in Max everything is 0 in world and local. 

Any assistance, recommendations are greatly appreciated.
