Rendering a video with transparency, or PNG image sequence.

Hi,

Sorry if this has been a topic before, but desperately need help, I need to render out a video but can not get the transparency to work on either MPEG or AVI, I have ticked the transparency box in the Render settings to no luck.

And also how do I render out a PNG image sequence out instead of the 1st frame.

Hi! Not sure if MPEG or AVI support transparency? To render out a PNG image sequence, you would choose the PNG option in the "Format" dropdown in the video section.

Thanks, the PNG sequence worked, is there any video render function in Marmoset that supports transparency as a background

Hi! What's the goal ultimately? Sharing that, might result in more specific pointers how to achieve it.

Hi, Thanks for your replies, basically, I wanted to render out a video with a transparent background to take into After Effects, nut even when I checking the transparency box, it always had a solid background, so reverted to a PNG image sequence.
