I am looking for a tutorial as indicated in the title.

The most important thing is the way the clothes are made. In particular, we are looking for tutorials where the topology of the body and the clothes fit together as much as possible. We are not looking for something mech-like like a stormtrooper.

We prefer Maya tutorials, but blender is also fine, as long as the method is easy enough for someone who has never used blender to understand and reproduce.

The topology of the object should not break down when animated.

We are looking for something between 5,000 and 20,000 polygons. I would like a model that is not too low polygon, not too high polygon.

An explanation would be very helpful. Just timelapse is fine.

Any language is acceptable. Paid or free models are also acceptable. We prefer YouTube if possible. If paid, we prefer non-subscription models.
