my first "first person animation"

Hey everyone, I'm still a newbie in animation, but i've made this recently in blender:

And i was hoping someone with more experience than i am can help point out the many flaws in here, as it would really help me out a lot as i try to get better. any critique even related to the modeling itself is welcome.

i've also reworked the draw anim:

i plan to rework the rest of the actions as well, as i intend to import them onto unity. what would you recommend the poly count to be for arms and the gun to be so they can be imported into a game engine?
