If a object is a hard surface object with really shiny texture, but won't bend/distort, how can you make sure that, there won't be any pinching in the normals, specially in the curved/round areas with lots of details?
Even though I can lean towards quads only, but then I end up with poles with 5 edges or 3 edges that also creates pinching, what to do?
In big studios, films, movies, are there any standards that they follow in relation to topology? If a topology contains triangles/ngons but it isn't creating normal issues/pinching, and also won't distort/bend, is that considered a usable asset?
Sorry for so many questions, maybe you guys can shed some light into that, thanks in advance
