Hi I'm sure this may be obvious to many and I'm sure it online but it helps if I have get a direct answer on things I work on, what are these issues I'm getting when I'm baking my model. I know it on the normals. Does it have to do with the edges not being smooth or my UV unwrapping. Just curious on what things I should keep in mind when this happens. I took multiple pictures and one to show how the normal looks.
If my uv set need to be shown, let me know and I'll be happy to put up a screenshot of it.

Hi! Ideally upload and share your files, that removes guessing.
The polycount wiki contains an article on baking and links to useful threads on the topic.
Sure, I can do that. Just should i just post the fbx file here. Should they be put in a dropbox to looked at.
I'd zip it. If the file is small, you could attach it directly to a post, else upload and share link.
Here is a link to it
enable antialiasing and padding/diffusion on your bakes - that will eliminate most of it.
anything that remains is due to UVs not being straight or your textures being too small.
baking at a higher resolution than you are working out can help, but you'll get the most benefit from arranging your UVs so that as many edges as possbile run straight along an axis
