I tried to retopo model imported as decimated mesh from zbrush but something strange happens in maya. Someone told me i need to set up mesh distance in quad draw, where is that option? i tryed to google it, coludn't find it.

Is there a "Surface Offset" parameter that does what you need?

It is indeed called surface offset (Assuming "someone" is right about your problem), it is under Live Constraint Options.
